Small Vending Business Valuation Formula: |
| Valuing A Vending Business: This is a general business valuation formula or pricing method for existing small vending businesses based on a percentage of annual gross revenues or sales that can be used to help determine an approximate value and asking price or to market an established vending business for sale. |
Small Vending Businesses/Routes: Approximately 70% of annual gross sales + Inventory. |
Broker Comments: Although I have not sold a vending or coin operated business in the Arizona market, but I do get quite a few inquires for them from buyers every year. I have also talked to several vending business owners who were contemplating selling and they do seem to agree that anywhere from 70 to 80% of annual sales is a supportable valuation for well established routes with good equipment and locations. |
