Another quick business valuation formula for established limousine companies that I have found that holds up fairly well is using a multiple of 2.5 times (some times as high as 3.0 times) the owners annual adjusted net income. And it should come as no surprise that the age and condition of the vehicles will be an important factor in establishing an asking price. |
