Broker Comments: Due to a number of factors, (including its enormous initial popularity) my experience in the Phoenix AZ Metro market is that some well established and busy Curves franchises have been able to easily support an asking price at a multiple 2.5 times (sometimes even higher) the owners adjusted net income. Whether that trend will continue going forward in the face of a lot more copycat competition remains to be seen. |
