Although I I have not had the
opportunity to sell or value a chiropractic office/practice for sale
in the Arizona market, I have spoke with several Chiropractors who
sold and bought practices in the past (including my own) and they
confirmed that 70% of annual sales is a commonly used valuation
formula that holds up pretty well. Some of the biggest challenges
and risks that I have heard from several chiropractors who bought
existing practices is client retention and fierce competition.
